Christmas Appeal 2024
This year we once again be running our Christmas Present Appeal.
Last year our appeal allowed us to donate over 300 presents to children in the North East who may otherwise have woken up on Christmas day to nothing. This year we will be looking to donate even more.
No child should wake up on Christmas morning without a present. If you would like to donate to our appeal, please get in touch.
We would love the support from as many people as possible. We have created several ways in which you can assist. Presents can be dropped off with us.
Fine and Dandi transitions to a Community Interest Company (C.I.C)
While things may have seemed quiet online we have undergone some changed behind the scenes.
Earlier this year we applied to change from a Limited by Guarantee to a C.I.C (Community Interest Company) and having gone through the process our application was approved. As such, we have changed our name from Fine and Dandi Limited to Fine and Dandi C.I.C.
For those that may not be sure what a C.I.C is, here is part of the foreword on Companies House explaining what a C.I.C is and does.
