You’re not alone; talk to someone you trust. Sharing a problem is often the first step to recovery.
Fine and Dandi is a place where people can share their journey and how they cope with mental illness to show others that it’s okay to not be okay and that it is okay to talk about a problem without having to suffer in silence.

Fine and Dandi transitions to a Community Interest Company (C.I.C)
While things may have seemed quiet online we have undergone some changed behind the scenes.
Earlier this year we applied to change from a Limited by Guarantee to a C.I.C (Community Interest Company) and having gone through the process our application was approved. As such, we have changed our name from Fine and Dandi Limited to Fine and Dandi C.I.C.
For those that may not be sure what a C.I.C is, here is part of the foreword on Companies House explaining what a C.I.C is and does.
Andy Hirst Fundraiser
A message from Gavin Fell
I wish I wasn’t having to write this post, but I really want to help a very close friend and a great person Andy Hirst, Andy has supported many people, people who have suffered from addictions, people who are finding things hard, and it’s now time to help him.
Andy who is from Newcastle, but currently lives out in the states suffered a major stroke, recently married and recently a father for the first time, having a stroke is horrendous, but this couldn’t have happened at a worse time, on top of all of that, Andy is having to cover his own medical bills and being a self employed artist this is proving to be very hard for him and his family, and we determined to help him in his time of need.
